Job Description A client out of the Memphis area is looking for an engineer to join their 24/7 service engineering team to act as a technical resource for live aircraft and engine issues. This resource will respond to field calls, troubleshoot powerplant problems, evaluate airworthiness directives, and support maintenance teams with documentation and engineering guidance. The role is focused on real-time support for the client's active fleet and requires strong powerplant experience, especially with GE, Pratt & Whitney, or Rolls-Royce engines. The job entails implementing safe packaging methods to reduce costs, increase revenue, and improve customer service. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and recommending corrective actions for container and bulk loading methods that contribute to damages. Essential Functions Assists in identifying station/ramp container and bulk loading methods contributing to damages and makes recommendations to management for corrective action. Reviews station and/or ramp handling practices and develops corrective action plan with appropriate management.
