RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Region NA (North America) Develops both new and existing OEM and Tier I relationships. Develops and executes the N.A-based fan sales strategy and business plan. Includes KPI management, use of the CRM, budgeting and forecasting to support planning and decision-making. Manages Sales Accounts for global OEMs that have been identified as key fan targets. Account management encompasses support of thermal and electrical products in addition to fans Activities include commercial discussion and contract negotiations. Conduct quoting, costing and application engineering activities to facilitate the growth and development of the fan division.
