Sr. Electrical Engineer The Sr. Electrical Engineer will lead and develop all aspects of electrical engineering to support production, maintenance, projects, and continuous improvement processes. Responsibilities Delegate appropriate authority and responsibilities to subordinates in the areas of production support, maintenance support, and project management. Maintain close surveillance over operations through reports, staff meetings, observation, and personal contact to ensure project conformance to scope, deadlines, budgetary conformance, and personnel utilization. Ensure the department is technically and organizationally capable of supporting all required manufacturing activities through appropriate staffing and continuous improvement.
