Summary This position serves as the Regional Director of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS), for one of five geographically located regions. The Region Director exercises executive direction over the region's activities to effectively promote, implement, and administer the pipeline safety program of PHMSA, U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
