What's the job? The Maintenance and Facilities Engineer is responsible for planning and performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, preventative maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and machine optimization for all site equipment, processes, and facilities. This role develops and executes maintenance programs, manages technical projects, maintains vendor relationships, and provides hands-on support to Facilities and EHS Technician. The Engineer ensures a safe and compliant work environment, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains accurate records to drive operational excellence and meet customer expectations. The Facilities Engineer will proactively work to implement a safe work environment that complies with the site specific and corporate safety goals.
