General Overview of Position - STRONG INFRASTRUCTURE STARTS WITH STRONG ENGINEERS - The Senior Project Engineer provides Professional Engineering services in the planning and design of water and wastewater projects and serves as the resident engineer or project manager in the construction of water and wastewater projects.
