This individual will lead the project team throughout the design and construction process, adapting mechanical plans according to budget constraints, design factors, or client needs. 50-60% of the role includes design of HVAC and mechanical systems in Revit, with 40-50% involving travel to project sites, client-facing reporting, and mentoring/training peers.
