The Maintenance Program Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with site teams across QTS to build and maintain sustainable processes, procedures, and reporting around our preventative maintenance program. Will also support new build projects by assisting site teams in the execution of Site Startup Checklists, building out the initial CMMS maintenance environment, and disseminating lessons learned to site teams. This information will be captured in existing database systems and made visible up through management levels, and customer reporting - providing a unified understanding of all aspects of data center operations. This role will oversee, document, and track various aspects of commissioning activities.
