Position Information The Department of Design & Construction, Civil Division, is hiring for a Structural Engineer IV in Honolulu. What You Will Do Coordinate and oversee the development of the project plans, reports, permits, specifications, and cost estimates for projects such as bridges, utility adjustments, stream transitions, retaining walls, drainage structures, earth stabilization mitigation improvements, rockslide mitigation, and other concrete, steel, and timber structures.
