The employee serves as the National Discretionary Grant Program Manager for the Tribal Transportation Program Safety Fund and Highway Safety Engineer for the Tribal Transportation Program, Office of Tribal Transportation (OTT), Office of Federal Lands Highway (FLH).  The OTT administers the Tribal Transportation Program (TTP) and provides support for all FHWA activities affecting Tribal Transportation.
