Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing programs to perform complex machining operations that meet precise tolerance and finish requirements. This hands-on role focuses on improving existing processes and implementing new fixturing and tooling concepts. Responsibilities Program CNC machines, including vertical/horizontal lathes and mills. Estimate potential machining projects from prints and specifications. Create fixture designs and tooling lists for upcoming projects. Mount and secure tooling and holding fixtures, set stops, and calibrate fixtures to appropriate reference points. Understand the use of Renishaw probing.
