The analyst is responsible for troubleshooting issues, intake of system enhancement requests, and works with technology and other stakeholders for any enhancements, requirements, or code changes. KeyView Deluxe supports both Consumer and Commercial lines of business and this analyst could work with a variety of stakeholders within those aligned businesses for requests, research, validation, etc. The boarder team provides similar application support for a variety of applications within the Consumer Loan & Operational Services (CLOS) team.
