General Job Summary This position plays a key role in ensuring equal access to the educational opportunities for a student with a disability by providing accommodation support and assistance within the classroom environment. This position will join a team of individuals focused on advocacy, service and support of students with disabilities. The Reader/Scribe will work independently under the supervision of Accommodation Services to provide one on one support to a student in the classroom. The ideal individual has well-developed verbal skills and vocabulary, is a strong oral reader with a good command of the English language.
