Job Description The Application Support Engineer will join a team of engineers responsible for providing technical analysis, investigation, and technical maintenance and support on the organizations 3rd party applications and client technical application related issues; This role will specifically support a Hyperion application (Oracle system). You will be maintaining, prioritizing, and addressing to internal technology groups and 3rd party technology vendors. You will also be responsible for maintaining the production applications and day-to-day operational activities, manage escalations and modify established procedures / approaches to suit specific situations including 24 x 7 support and coordination of recovery efforts.
