What will you do? As an Accountant/Examiner 2 in the Medicaid Development & Administration (MDA) Call Center unit, you will be answering call and providing technical assistance & guidance to Medicaid Services System (MSS) users. You will also be assisting DODD Medicaid Home & Community Based Waiver providers, County Boards of DD personnel with processing eligible Medicare &/or Medicaid claims for reimbursement for patients housed in DODD facilities &/or from service providers &/or county boards on the inbound phone lines.
