In-Home Direct Support Professional- Corydon Blue River Services is seeking a responsible individual to provide supervision and instruction to adults with disabilities in their home and in the community for our In-Home Services program. Some examples of duties include assisting individuals with shopping, preparing meals and general housekeeping. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train. Accredited H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of infant and child development, family dynamic, family problems and stresses of parenting. Ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships. Must have a valid driver's license, a dependable vehicle and show proof of vehicle liability insurance. Bachelor's Degree in behavioral science or related field preferred, not required. Professional experience in working with families and/or children. F/T Mon- Fri 8 am to 4 pm. Must be flexible to complete evening visits as needed by families.
