Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Customer Support Power BI Developer to support a manufacturing company onsite 5 days a week in East Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing accurate, timely, and actionable data insights to support customer operations and industrial performance. This role focuses on data development and automation using Microsoft, SAP, and SQL within supply chain and manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Customer Support Data Analysis Perform comprehensive data reporting across multiple LOBs, including updates, reports, analysis, and distribution on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Customer Data Package Create weekly customer data packages featuring key industrial updates such as deliveries, commitments, stock coverage, and gap analysis.
