Madison County Council for the Developmentally Disabled Direct Support Professional PRN On call REPORTS TO: Program Manager POSITION SUMMARY: Provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will encourage and promote independence as well as assist with daily living skills for the individuals we serve. PRN On Call- On call for weekend fill-in shifts. Will be paid a base pay to be available for 24 hours. If called in you will be paid an hourly wage for hours worked. Job Description: Follow each Individual's Individualized Support Plan, goals/outcomes, level of supervision, and health guidelines. Ensure living quarters are properly maintained. Ensure that each individual has food and personal items for their home.
