Job Description As a Principal Technical Account Manager, you will be tasked with managing the client relationship for a number of Oracle Health Hosting clients. In this role, you will be the primary customer contact and act as an escalation point for client issues and will engage with the various Oracle teams to efficiently drive and resolve issues. You will closely coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams to execute client vision and contractual objectives. You will assist with preparing client agendas and leading the weekly client meetings. Provide on-call support for Incident management and client communications for all critical incidents.
