About the Role: As a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account.This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled. This is an onsite 5 days a week role in Wakefield, MA. What You'll Do: Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly. Be a financial and operational systems champion.
