Job Description Insight Global is seeking a IT Helpdesk Technician for a credit union in Willoughby, OH. This person will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of hardware, software, and core systems. This position is key in supporting branch and back-office technology, maintaining system documentation, and ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues in accordance with internal policies and service standards. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for technical issues submitted via phone, email, or ticketing system. Provide hands-on and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, mobile devices, and other peripherals. Support and troubleshoot credit union-specific applications.
