What You Will Do The Associate Laboratory Director for Facilities and Operations is seeking a highly qualified professional to serve as the Division Leader for the Operations Support Division. This division provides laboratory-wide operations support with a strong focus on Conduct of Operations, Integrated Work Management, technical training, and readiness of new and existing activities. In this critical leadership role, the Division Leader provides expert-level support and guidance to ensure Conduct of Operations and Integrated Work Management safety management programs are fully implemented and sustained, technical training and qualification programs are developed and maintained, and facility activities are evaluated through established laboratory readiness and assurance processes.
