Job Summary The Network Hands & Feet Support Technician provides on-site, physical support for network and data center infrastructure. This role acts as the “remote hands” for network, server, and IT operations teams by performing installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic diagnostics under remote guidance. Key Responsibilities Perform physical installation, relocation, and removal of network and server equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, servers).
