Description The Sales Support Assistant plays a key role by providing essential support to the Commercial Sales team and our customers. This position manages a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including vetting and creating new customer accounts in our ERP system and Salesforce, triaging email inboxes, delegating incoming requests, processing inquiry cases in Salesforce, reviewing and completing customer/vendor forms and customer questionnaires. The role also includes collaboration with multiple departments and occasional backup for the Receptionist and Mail Clerk. Position Overview The Senior Projects Support Engineer provides highly visible remote technical, applications and system admin support for HCUS customers. Primarily supports TAC and MI Service with the management, execution, and administration of operational, billable, and more in-depth projects and support. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors which may include customer impact, HCUS business priorities, and regulatory requirements.
