Position Description & Qualifications Serco Inc. is seeking a motivated Microsoft 365 (M365) Enterprise Support Engineer to join our IT support team - ( 100% remote ). The ideal candidate will assist in managing and troubleshooting M365 services, particularly SharePoint Online (SPO) and Power Platform, and provide end-user support for collaboration tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role will entail liaising with Microsoft, other technical teams and or 3rd Parties to address business needs. They will report into the Global M365 Tenant Services manager for governance and support.??Upon securing this role, the engineer will join a dynamic team to help lead the design, implementation, and support of M365 services and other collaborative tools on?a large enterprise scale.
