The IT Support Specialist provides Tier 1 technical support for end users, resolving issues related to workstations, software applications, and IT services. The role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations across NESN’s user base. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone, email, or remote assistance. Provide basic hardware/software troubleshooting, including printing, faxing, and peripheral device support. Maintain and update documentation in Jira/Confluence. Assist with onboarding and training of new users, including setup and orientation. Support MS Office Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and conferencing room technology.
