Job Description As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. The Support Engineer will provide technical expertise and customer-facing support for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). This role is responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, assisting customers in solution adoption, and ensuring a high-quality support experience. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with Oracle Cloud applications, and a passion for resolving customer challenges.
