Job Description As a Customer Success Manager, your focus is on advocating for customer needs and facilitating positive interactions between customers and resources across Oracle. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer issues and tracking our customers' overall health, success, and satisfaction. Job Description As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
