Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Technician in Westbrook, Maine. This individual will provide first-level technical support to onsite employees and users across multiple operating units via phone, chat, remote tools, and in person. Responsibilities include managing ServiceNow tickets, supporting O365, Teams, VPN, Windows, Intune, and Active Directory, while prioritizing high-volume requests and delivering excellent customer service. The core hours of this position will be 7 AM - 3:30 PM.
