Position Description & Qualifications Serco Inc. is seeking a motivated Microsoft 365 (M365) Enterprise Support Engineer to join our IT support team - ( 100% remote ). The ideal candidate will assist in managing and troubleshooting M365 services, particularly SharePoint Online (SPO) and Power Platform, and provide end-user support for collaboration tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
