Job Description A manufacturing client is seeking a Systems Endpoint Engineer to join their team! This role is heavily hands-on and focused on ensuring employees are fully supported across hardware, software, and user access. Day-to-day responsibilities include working the help desk, responding to tickets, providing desk-side and remote support, and preparing equipment for new hires based on HR onboarding requests. The engineer will image and configure laptops and desktops, install and replace hardware, support printers (including toner ordering and replacement), handheld scanners, Zebra printers, and mobile devices. They will manage Microsoft environments including Active Directory and M365 user provisioning and decommissioning, assist with Azure-based troubleshooting, and support networking tasks such as staging Cisco firewalls and adjusting user access when required.
