Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: The IT Support Technician provides first-level technical assistance to employees, ensuring smooth and efficient use of systems, software, and hardware. This role supports daily operations by troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with basic system setups, and coordinating with higher-level support teams to maintain a productive and secure IT environment.
