Manager - MISO Operations and Market Support Strong preference to hire someone to work in our Merrillville, Indiana office, but open to Columbus, Ohio location also. This has a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office). Job Summary The Manager Operations and Market Support is responsible for the development and maintenance of a goal-driven, team-oriented, high-functioning organization while actively providing support to the Business Plan and corporate Key Initiatives. Interface with, and provide timely solutions to internal and external parties. Direct and coordinate the efforts of Operations Analysis Engineers and Operations Analysts in providing technical support to numerous internal departments including Major Accounts, Federal Policy, Gas Control, Portfolio Optimization, Regulatory Affairs, Generation, Regulatory Support & Planning, and Environmental Affairs.
