RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement quality control systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and monitor quality performance across the organization. Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address them.
