Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for a Program Manager (PM) – Active Case Management in our Case Management Department to supervise a team of individual contributors and engage their staff, peers, and leadership with integrity and authenticity and are responsible for creating and maintaining an engaged and supportive team culture. The Program Manager – Active Case Management will support and cultivate a team that primarily functions as case managers, assuring the delivery of quality case management services to individuals applying for, and/or receiving services, and their families. The PM will provide technical support and direction to ensure case management services are delivered, due process is followed, and confidentiality is maintained.
