Overview The Vermont Agency of Transportation (AOT) is seeking a Financial Manager III to join the Finance Bureau's Business Support Services (BSS) team. This role is essential to daily budget operations for the Agency, including development, monitoring, reporting, and forecasting. In addition to critical budgetary development functions from August to January, the BSS team is also responsible for financial and management business functions of one or more divisions within the Agency - Highways, Maintenance, Central Garage, Finance & Administration, and Intermodal Development (including Rail, Aviation, Public Transit, Policy and Planning, Environmental Planning, and Rail Trails). Divisions frequently reach out to their BSS point of contact for guidance on purchasing and invoice approval, in addition to other ad hoc requests.
