Responsible for greeting and assisting walk-in customers and telephone inquiries regarding UPS services. Provide customer service solutions to customers. Train and lead UPS store team members. Responsible for reviewing and providing meaningful solutions to customer's shipping needs and inquiries. Required to have complete knowledge of all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends. Operate all UPS equipment, computer, software solutions, and machinery and teach other UPS store team members how to use equipment. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Requires 36 months experience as an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Office Manager, or Store Manager.
