The Wealth Management Advisor partners with high-net worth clients to identify their financial goals, analyze their financial landscape and develop recommendations that will help them work towards well defined financial objectives. This job builds strong relationships and trust with clients, which allows the Wealth Management Advisor to provide strategic investment advice for clients as well as recommend value-added products and services. During your initial period of employment, you will receive training on TIAA's products and the role will be non-exempt – meaning you will be paid on an hourly basis and eligible for overtime pay.
