Overview We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil, utility, or large site development work, along with the leadership and technical skills needed to manage personnel, budgets, schedules, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of project management from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, cost controls, and progress tracking. Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Engineers, Estimators, and field teams to ensure safe and efficient execution. Review and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals to ensure compliance and constructability.
