On-Site Property Manager - Multifamily Property Spark Management is seeking a Property Manager in Cleveland, TN who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property. You will play a key role in ensuring our residents have a positive experience living. Leasing: Conduct tours, screen prospective tenants, process applications, negotiate leases, and move-in and move-out coordination to achieve designated occupancy goals and objectives.
