This role is responsible for overseeing the Metallurgical Testing Laboratory and ensuring operational excellence. Summary of Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Metallurgical Testing Laboratory. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and Job Safety and Health Assessments (JSHA) to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, and Sales teams to ensure timely testing and accurate quality release of materials. Maintain and enforce the Laboratory's Quality Standard Operating Practices (QSOP). Train and develop Metallurgical Laboratory Technicians.
