Job Description As an Adoption Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external client stakeholders to execute adoption and efficiency plans to achieve client goals. You will manage and direct project scope, while identifying risk areas and proposing resolution strategies to leadership. In addition, you will localize the client adoption plan by sharing best practices and leveraging behavior change techniques and adult learning principles.
