Job Description Insight Global is looking for two Software Engineering Team Leads to guide existing Scrum teams in delivering high-quality, scalable applications and integrations. These roles combine hands-on technical development (50%) with leadership responsibilities (50%), ensuring alignment with business requirements and engineering best practices. As a Team Lead, you will own delivery for a subset of applications and integrations, focusing on Salesforce, AWS, and system-to-system connectivity. You'll lead a team of 3-4 developers, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with architecture, QA, and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
