Overview: In this role, you will drive operational excellence and workforce development for high-voltage and substation work on utility-scale renewable energy construction projects. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide strategic guidance and coaching to site leadership on managing daily operations, staff performance, and reporting. Oversee processes and budgets to identify opportunities for reducing waste and improving efficiency. Develop and implement workforce plans that align project priorities with organizational goals, while identifying and cultivating key talent for long-term success. Location & Travel: You'll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renewables projects. This position is remote with regular travel (50-75%) to job sites.
