The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive, governance, and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer of Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska and the Executive Team. Serving as a trusted partner and strategic extension of the CEO, this role ensures the effective functioning of the Office of the CEO and supports Board of Directors operations, executive priorities, and organizational continuity. This position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organizational skill, and the ability to operate independently in a complex, mission-driven nonprofit environment.
