Engineering Manager | Fleet Vehicles & Services | Landisville, PA Regular Employee | Salary Exempt What you’ll do: The Engineering Manager, TB (Truck Body) is a key member of the engineering leadership team responsible for developing and leading the execution of TB-related engineering workflow and owning its success cradle to grave. You will be accountable for guiding and directing a team of highly skilled engineers and associates, some as direct reports and others indirectly in conjunction with their functional managers, who are driven to deliver the most well-designed and reliable fleet vehicles and upfit solutions in the industry. A significant portion of your role will involve defining TB product line requirements, goals, scope, tasks, and timelines, and for creating design solutions that utilize commonality to reduce proliferation and utilize Lean and 6 Sigma techniques and methodologies.
