Job Description What you'll do Lead a team of 6-12 engineers delivering NOS features end to end (design, implementation, test, rollout, and operations). Translate product/architecture goals into clear backlogs, milestones, and quality gates; manage predictable delivery. Review designs for correctness, performance, and operability across kernel/datapath, on-box agents, and telemetry. Uphold operational excellence: SLOs/error budgets, canaries, staged rollouts, incident response, and blameless postmortems with durable fixes. Build a feedback-rich culture; hire, onboard, coach, and grow engineers; establish clear expectations and performance management. Collaborate with partner teams (Networking, Compute, Security, SRE) to land dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align on SLAs/SLOs.
