Job Description Job Title: Supervisor of WBC Dairy Production Location: Media, PA Position Summary : The Dairy Relief Supervisor of WBC Dairy Production will be predominately 3rd shift and will cover 1st and 2nd shift once a week or as needed when other supervisors are off. This person is responsible for ensuring production is running smoothly within the WBC Dairy Warehouse. Directs and leads the activities of dairy union associates. Improves both customer and associate satisfaction and ensures all regulation and safety standards are met. Hours of Operations: 1st shift: 6am-2pm 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm 3rd shift: 10pm-6am Principal Duties: Work with the Dairy & Beverage Plant Manager to develop and enforce associate performance standards.
