POSITION OVERVIEW: Perform diverse administrative duties for a functional or staff Vice President, which may involve contact and exposure to sensitive information that requires considerable use of confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform administrative duties that require knowledge of general business and office procedures, which includes maintaining follow-up files, correspondence, assembling material for reports, preparing presentations and composing memos/letters Receive and screen incoming calls. Resolve issues and refer complex situations to appropriate level as circumstances warrant.
