Workforce Education and Clinical Practice Manager Location: Dunwoody Village, Newtown Square, PA Dunwoody Village, a premier retirement community in Delaware County, PA is seeking a Workforce Education and Clinical Practice Manager. The Workforce Education and Clinical Practice Manager will develop, coordinate, and oversee a comprehensive campus-wide education, competency, and regulatory training program for all departments (clinical and non-clinical). The candidate will ensure every department has an orientation plan, role-specific competency screening at hire, and annual competency validation. Ensures education requirements are met for DOH, DHS, CMS, OSHA, CDC and other applicable agencies. Serves as the campus Infection Control Practitioner / Preventionist, EMR Super User, and lead trainer for new medical equipment.
